Discovery - Due Diligence

Once we have had a quick chat about fit (free—schedule here) and mutually decided that we would like to explore the scope of your problems and our programs a little further, we can schedule a consultation. This will require four hours of commitment from you and can be scheduled over one week. We will produce a prioritized plan of attack to address your pain points. This usually results in a longer-term commitment to the following phases: Design and/or Implementation/Execution. 

This will provide us with solid answers to the why questions, such as:

• Why are you struggling with execution?

• Why are your customers not overjoyed about your offering?

Cost: $10,000 + 4-hour commitment of your time + access to  systems data
Result: Data-based, high-level prioritized plan of attack to address your pain points
Timeline: 2 weeks

Design - Roadmap

Once we have a data-based, high-level, prioritized plan of attack to address your pain points, we can work with you to create a more detailed roadmap that helps set, communicate, and manage the expectations of the implementation journey ahead. The scope of this phase will be determined by what we are road mapping. However, with a focused scope on a focused problem/pain area, the development of a roadmap will likely require a one—to three-month engagement. This phase answers the critical question of what will be done to address your most critical pain points.

Cost: TBD based on scope + ongoing commitment of your time
Result: Detailed product/project roadmap that will align expectations for successful execution
Timeline: 1 to 3 months

Implementation - Execution Leadership

Congratulations! Through Discovery, you now know why things have not been going as planned. You have a roadmap that helps set, communicate, and manage expectations, answering the questions about what your business will be focused on delivering that was delivered in the Design phase. Now, it's time to answer the questions about how to execute and get it done! 

• Contractors or employees or outsourced or a combination thereof?

• Which tech tools make the most sense?

  • Serverless or containerization or a combination?

  • How do we leverage AI?

• How do we best protect our data?

This phase involves heavy software engineering, and we will provide execution leadership on people, product, and technology to ensure optimal execution.

Cost: TBD based on scope + ongoing commitment of your time + ongoing access to systems data
Result: Optimal execution
Timeline: 3 to 6 months
